Civil works is such a broad term that covers everything from building roads to building foundations, to land subdivisions and sewer/utilities systems … and at Berry Excavations it is another dedicated service that we offer our Whitsunday’s Council, developers and our local community.

Over the past 20-odd years we have thoroughly enjoyed partnering with our local council and commercial developers to make our little piece of paradise even more aesthetically pleasing and practical for our local communities.

When we undertake a Civil Works Project, such as a subdivision, roadworks project or public carpark, we take the task very seriously. This is why we take on the responsibility for overseeing the entire contract from start to finish. Due to our past results and solid reputation, we are extremely fortunate to be able to call upon other highly experienced sub-contractors in our area to complete tasks such as asphalt, electrical or plumbing solutions with our team. We strongly believe that it is this ability to join forces with others that makes our Civil Works solutions one of the most highly sort after.

Everyone on our projects team is professionally trained, thoroughly inducted and follows our robust Workplace Health & Safety and Risk Management Processes. Which has meant that we haven’t had any loss time incidents (touch wood) in our entire career. Having said that, because we value our employees and our Clients so highly, we are fully insured just in case one of you forgot to touch wood!
